Adrienne Graves

Trailblazer, advocate and visionary Adrienne Graves, PhD, has dedicated her life and career to helping patients preserve their vision.

Dr. Adrienne Graves has dedicated her entire career to advancing vision science and helping patients. A vision scientist by training, Adrienne is a global industry leader in ophthalmology, overseeing the development of many new therapies to preserve vision.

Glaucoma Research Foundation has been most fortunate to have Adrienne’s leadership on its Board of Directors for more than a decade. In 2012, Adrienne headed the formation of Glaucoma 360, an annual meeting hosted by Glaucoma Research Foundation to highlight the unmet medical needs in glaucoma and advance new ideas into clinical practice to prevent and manage the disease more effectively.

Her passion for advancing vision science goes way beyond her professional and volunteer activities. In addition to her annual support, Adrienne has also included Glaucoma Research Foundation in her long-term philanthropic plans by joining the Blanche Matthias Society.

She notes, “As a vision scientist and long-serving board member and volunteer, advocating glaucoma research has been a huge part of my life and career. Including Glaucoma Research Foundation as a beneficiary of my retirement account was an incredibly easy process.”

Adrienne adds, “I am incredibly inspired by the work of Glaucoma Research Foundation, and it is both satisfying and heartwarming to know that someone can make an impact not just during their lifetime, but long after as well.”

If you are inspired to help create a future free from glaucoma, there are many ways you can make a gift without giving up assets you may need today to fund innovative research to find a cure.
